Gum Arabic Root

Rescued from an aged Gum Arabic root, this console emerged through discovery rather than design. Split to reveal its interior, the form rises like a standing tree, its branches holding two glass surfaces at different heights. Cleaned, hand-sanded, and softly polished, the wood retains its original hue—marked by time, grain, and quiet strength.

An object shaped by age, completed through patience, and finished in dialogue with its owner.
