Gum Arabic Root

Formed from a single, aged Gum Arabic root, Khard remains unapologetically raw. Once overlooked and used without notice, the root was cleaned back to its essence, shedding weight to reveal its true presence.

Without symmetry or front, the form reads differently from every angle—root, branch, mass, and void holding equal authority. Paired with a custom glass surface, Khard becomes a grounded center—less furniture, more living artifact.
